Support needs more attention

Getting a reply from Namebase support is like winning the lottery - it doesn't happen often enough.

I have TLDs that I staked a month ago that are still not showing up on Encirca due to them not getting the names on the weekly new TLD lists. Emails to staking@namebase.io have gotten no replies. What's the next step?

Still hoping for some sort of help with this.

Additionally, subdomain purchases aren't working correctly. The last 3 domains bought under my TLDs on Gateway.io have not been credited to my account on Namebase (not listed under transaction history nor paid out any HNS to me).
