1. Open Wifi
2. Click on wifi currently connected to
3. Scroll down and copy the IP Address
4. Click the pencil icon to edit located top right corner
5. Under IP settings change dhcp to static
6. Paste IP address
7. Gateway should autofill
8. Network prefix length should autofill
9. DNS 1 = 103.196.38.38
10. DNS 2 = 103.196.38.39
11. SAVE, Done!

Only change i see is it wont let you save by only editing the DNS settings, now requires all sections to be filled in and also one thing that will throw people off is the example thats grayed out in the IP Address before you start typing. It was completely different then what it should have been
