About login with email
My namebase.io accout is login with github.com and is binded to a email. Now the problem is when i login with my email , it can't be logined in . Does it have a setting on my setting page?

That's expected, if you used Github oAuth to sign up, then you can only login with Github.
I recommend setting up 2FA on your Github account
