Lawsuit?

Is there some sort of legal action being taken against namebase or the handshake network? Why this extended radio silence? Eight months since the last pinned message? This is about the worst way to build value in your platform. Can anyone out there provide some info?

The only legal action I am aware of is one between Unstoppable Domains and Gateway.io on a Top Level Domain '.wallet' I'm not a legal expert. From what I gather , the .wallet domain was minted to the Handshake chain first.
UD registered it through a node they have off Polygon, a 'scaling solution' (L2 off Eth). They are arguing 'first to establish commercial use case'.
I'm not sure what the case status is, suggest researching online.
UD on the other hand is arguing

Wow, you answered questions I didn't even know I had yet. Thanks so much for taking the time to give that breakdown. I'm sure I won't be the only one who appreciates it. Now, if only we could get anyone who actually knows anything about whats going on around here to chime in!!!

They currently have bigger fish to fry than keep after the news and comments. Their core functionality crashed shortly after Namecheap took over and the bulk of their team left. They are slowly rebuilding a team but it is taking them time getting the team up to speed. Only lawsuit going on now is between unstoppable (Bradley Kam - Douchebag in my humble opinion - so he dont sue me...) and gateway.io but the owner of .wallet on handshake responded as well.
