Some bug fixes for the subdomain selling feature (the Namebase registry), lots of misc code debt clean up to make us faster in the future

Fixed many issues with Namer News notifications 🎉
Marketplace and TX history exports
Sweet! Does this mean that the unread count will reset to 0 when it goes live? (and approx when will this happen)
Nope, the notification count will not reset to zero, and the fixes are already live!
If you've previously had trouble dismissing notifications, or noticed notifications not linking to the correct posts/comments, the fixes will already be applied for you and you should be able to go ahead and dismiss any stuck notifications
Cool, I could dismiss all except 1 (the oldest?). At one point, it said -1 (

- Met with Namers to organize community marketing efforts
- Additional devsecops improvements
Fixed an issue with name withdrawals occasionally failing.
This week I worked on investigating and fixing problems with double bids.
